Hackathon: Code, Collaborate, Conquer!

Unleash your coding potential in a dynamic challenge designed for innovation:

  • Team Formation: Assemble a team of up to 4 members.

  • Finals Preparation: A day before the event, discover the competition topic.

  • Challenge Acceptance: Develop a software solution within 2 days.

  • Presentation: Pitch your project to the jury on the final day.


Categories:

  • Pre-University Level (for high school and secondary students)

University Level (age 17 and above)


Schedule

  • 1 Jan 2025: Registrations open; start uploading projects.

  • 20 Feb 2025: Registration deadline; no further applications.

  • 1 Mar 2025: Finalists announced; visa application begins.

  • 22โ€“26 May 2025: World Finals in Romania.


World Finals Itinerary:

  • 22 May 2025: Arrival Day

  • 23 May 2025: Contest Day 1

  • 24 May 2025: Contest Day 2

  • 25 May 2025: Award Ceremony & Departures

  • 26 May 2025: City Tour & Departures




Participant Guidelines

  • For all categories except the hackathon, a maximum of two students is allowed per project or robot.

  • Hackathon teams can include up to four students.


  • Age Limits:

    • All Categories: 11โ€“18 years

    • Hackathon Sub-Category for University Students: 17+ years




Evaluation Criteria

The jury will assess projects based on:

  • Originality/Creativity

  • Practicality

  • UI/UX

  • Functionality

  • Technical Skills

  • Oral Presentation
